The second highlight at the Tokyo Motor Show is the world premiere of the Audi S8. The S8 is noted for its spectacular sportiness and styling packed with tension. Powerful contours are an indication of the dynamism of the V10 5.2 FSI engine which develops 331 kW (450 bhp) an engine which has demonstrated on racetracks around the world just what its technology is capable of. These include, among others, quattro four-wheel drive, adaptive air suspension and consistent use of lightweight aluminium design.

With its powerful 250 bhp, 3.2-litre six-cylinder engine and quattro permanent four-wheel drive, the Shooting Brake Concept produces a quality of road behaviour that in every respect lives up to its visual impact. The study vehicle sprints from 0 to 100 km/h in just six seconds, and its top speed is electronically governed at 250 km/h.

Motor Show Nitra 2005 - 13th International Autosalon of Motor Cars, Utility and Motor Trucks, Transport Technique and Car Accessories AUTOSALON NITRA 2005.

Motor Show Nitra has gained a significant position in the Slovak Republic. This was proved by a great interest in the exhibition last year - 155 visitors and 233 direct exhibitors. Exhibitors and visitors will be surprised by a new pavilion G4 of 1,700 sqm. 5,000 parking places near the exhibition area will be prepared and 1,000 parking places will be directly in the exhibition area. The accommodation capacity is expanding as new pensions are being built. As in previous years, Autosalon Nitra 2005 will be paid extraordinary attention by the media so as to be in the centre of the public and specialist interest. The co-organizer is the Association of the Automotive Industry of the Slovak republic and other Slovak professional and amateur organizations. A rich accompanying programme will be part of the exhibition.
